About the Artist

Paul Seekings
Little envelope

Paul Seekings has been painting since 1999. His influences range from Rene Magritte, Edward Hopper and Dali to Jackson Pollock. His style of working can be spontaneous or carefully planned. He is interested in painting large scale non-representative abstract pieces, surrealism and things which are just nice to look at. He is a keen photographer, which can occasionally inspire ideas for a painting.

After moving to Singapore, he has been displaying his works at MAAD on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month at the Red Dot Museum, Maxwell Road, Singapore.
